Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • include original packaging and all accessories
  • not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Because our return handling process depends on the product type and destination, we will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Non-returnable items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • used items
  • items damaged by misuse
  • items returned without original parts or accessories
  • clearance items or final sale items
  • gift cards
  • customized or special-order products, if applicable

Return shipping

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect order by customer, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging, if applicable

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
